The product can be replaced immediately at no charge in lieu of a refund. To initiate a return, please email customer service and request a return authorization and you will be given the proper pre-paid mailing labels to use. Product(s) must be returned unopened within 14 days. If eligible for a refund, Next Level Pain Relief will credit the original payment less shipping within 14 days of receiving the product back. Commission and bonuses paid on returned product(s) will be reversed.
